Frequently asked questions

I didn't receive the sign-in email.

DoneLine signs you in with a magic link sent to your email. Check your spam folder first, and make sure you typed the address correctly. The link expires after a short time — request a new one if needed.

My tasks are not syncing between devices.

Make sure you are signed in with the same email on every device and that the device has been online at least once since your last change. DoneLine saves changes locally first and syncs automatically when a connection is available.

How do I export my data?

Open Settings → Import & Export in the app to download all your tasks, projects and tags as a file.

How do I manage or cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions purchased on iOS are managed by Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email support@doneline.app from the address you signed up with and we will delete your account and all associated data.
